Are ARQE products made to order?

Yes. All ARQE lighting is made to order. Each piece is produced specifically for your project, allowing for a considered approach to design, finish, and specification.

What is the lead time?

Standard lead times are approximately 3–6 weeks from order confirmation. For custom sizes or configurations, lead times may vary and will be confirmed prior to production.

Can I request custom sizes or finishes?

Yes. Many of our designs can be customised in size, finish, or configuration. Please contact us to discuss your requirements prior to ordering.

Where are ARQE products manufactured?

ARQE lighting is designed in-house and produced by specialist lighting manufacturers. All pieces are made to order and finished to our specifications.

Are products sold individually or in pairs?

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold individually. Many designs can be styled as pairs or series depending on the space.

Are your lights dimmable?

Most ARQE products are dimmable. Dimming compatibility may vary depending on the driver and control system used. Please contact us if you require specific dimming protocols such as DALI or 0–10V.

Do you offer trade or project pricing?

Yes. Trade pricing is available for architects, interior designers, and commercial projects. Please contact us with your project details to apply.

What is your warranty?

ARQE lighting includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

Can I return or exchange an item?

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you ship Australia-wide/World-wide?

Yes. We ship across Australia and anywhere in the world. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be confirmed at checkout or prior to dispatch.

Who installs ARQE lighting?

Installation should be carried out by a licensed electrician. ARQE does not provide installation services.
